Fee Policy
- Admission and registration charges are payable once at the time of confirmed admission.
- Tuition fees are payable Monthly/Quarterly/Annual by the 10th of the respective calendar period.
- A grace period of 5 days is provided after the due date before late fees apply.
- Late fee of ₹10 per day applies after the grace period.
- Fee receipts are generated automatically for all successful transactions and maintained on the student ledger.

Parent Guidelines

When do admissions open for the new academic session? +
Online registration and campus prospectus distribution commence every year in December for the session starting in April. Mid-term admissions for transfer cases (inter-state or inter-district moves) are considered throughout the year subject to seat vacancies.
Is there an admission entrance examination? +
For foundational classes (Nursery, LKG, UKG, Class I), there is no formal written test; admissions are based on an informal interaction. For Classes II through XII, a diagnostic assessment in English, Mathematics, and Science helps our faculty understand the student's learning baseline and tailor their academic support.
What documents are mandatory during enrollment? +
Key documents include the municipal Birth Certificate (for foundational entrants), the original Transfer Certificate (counter-signed by the relevant educational authority if moving from another state/board), previous class marksheet/report card, student Aadhaar card copy, and recent passport-size photographs of the student and parents.
What are the accepted modes and schedules for fee payment? +
School fees can be settled monthly or quarterly. Parents can pay securely online via Net Banking, UPI, debit/credit cards, or physically at the school fee accounts desk on all working days between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Dues are payable by the 10th of every calendar month.
Is school bus / van transport available across the region? +
Yes, our transport service covers all key residential corridors and surrounding areas. All vehicles operate under strict regulatory safety compliances including GPS tracking, speed governors, first-aid kits, and trained female attendants onboard.
